These are my go-to shorts for runs, cross training and hanging out with friends when it’s warm out. They come in a variety of colors of any outfit and are flattering on a variety of body types.

This is my favorite workout bra because of the open strappy back. I feel supported and love the variety of colors it comes in. It doesn’t dig into my body and is very comfortable.
Phantom Tech Loom Sneakers APL – Link
These shoes are what I grab when going out the door, and they offer good support for weightlifting and walking on the treadmill. I wear mine in the color Mango and love that they come in a variety of colors and are gender neutral. There are a variety of other shoes on the APL website if these don’t fit your workout routine.
